Professional Permanent
Placement services are offered to companies seeking assistance in the direct
hire of new employees within their organizations. Advertising, recruiting,
and pre-employment screening are administered by WorkForce Carolina for
prospective employees. Upon completion of pre-hire screening, only the most
qualified applicants are presented to our clients. A one-time fee is charged
if a WorkForce Carolina candidate is hired. This fee is based on the salary
of the new hire. |
Temporary Placements

Temporary employment
is a service offered to meet seasonal or temporary demands of a client
company. Employees are hired with the understanding that the assignment will
last for an undetermined amount of time. Employers are free to release
temporary employees upon completion of the assignment.

Temporary to Hire Placements
 |
Temporary to Permanent
staffing is a service offered to allow companies a trial period with WorkForce
Carolina employees before making a full-time offer. During the trial period,
employees will remain on WorkForce Carolina payroll and will be protected by
WorkForce Carolina’s Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Clients will pay the
temporary hourly rate until completion of the required hours. Upon the
conclusion of 400 hours, a client may hire the WorkForce Carolina employee at
no additional charge. Employers are not required to hire any employee after
400 hours. WorkForce Carolina asks for notification of the intent to hire an
employee after fulfilling the temporary hour requirements.
