WorkForce Carolina administers skills assessments for clients on-site or at client locations.  These assessments may be used for pre-employment screening or prior to promotion or upgrade.  WorkForce Carolina offers Prove It! software to test administrative, financial, and managerial skills.  These tests are produced in direct relation to the expertise they analyze.  Each employee or applicant is scored according to a percentage of 100%.

In addition to the administrative software, WorkForce Carolina offers Industrial Edge testing software to test basic, intermediate, and advanced skill levels of industrial employees.  Tests include, but are not limited to, counting, stacking, engineering, welding.  Over 60 tests are available and custom exams may be produced upon request.  Test scores may be emailed directly to clients requesting results from both administrative and industrial testing programs.
